Giggles

Our little girl is 4 months old!  Her 4-month post will be up next week but I wanted to share a couple things before I forgot. 

1) Lydia got her harness off on Monday, June 17th!  She was in it a total of 9 1/2 weeks.  Both the radiologist and the ortho doc said her hips looked great.  She now has to wear an abduction brace during sleep for the next 4 months.  Other than that, she is a "normal" baby during the day!

2) The video below proves that I'm the funniest in the Holt household.  Ok, maybe not but at least Lydia gets a kick out of me.

Here are a couple videos of what the kids have been up to.  Colin had little interest in his new bike until recently; he would much rather ride his skateboard.  This video was taken last week after only riding it a few times.  He's gotten even better since, and we actually have to run to keep up with him now.

Poor Lydia's video is pretty boring but we get a kick out of watching her little legs go whenever she gets to be out of her harness for a bath.  She has an ultrasound and X-Ray next week so we're hoping for good news.

Life Goes On

It's really quite crazy how life does go on...throughout busy work schedules, social obligations, loads of doctor appointments, and sleepless nights.  Here we are, two college classmates together for 10 years, married for 8, with a couple of kids (well, one kid) running in the yard.  I wouldn't trade it for anything.
